Hotties on the TGV - Escargot!

Our @DuVine adventure continues! And it's not easy keep up the blog with the 6 hour time difference, being in a foreign country, challenging (and fun!) bike rides, and more wine to drink than we ever imagined. But we're keeping the blog updated for you!

First, we spotted the handsome gentleman above at Gare de Lyon TGV station, diligently working the automated ticketing machine. We've noticed that men in France wear heavy winter scarves even in warm weather. We're not quite sure what that's about, but we're enjoying it!
One of the things we enjoy about our trip is that our guides go out of the way to get the freshest of French cuisine for us. Here is one of our guides with the famous delicacy, escargot! We adore escargot!
Aren't they delicious!

One of the quaint villages which we biked past.
We not only drank the wine, we harvested the grapes! Our HOTT Crew received special permission to visit the grape harvesters in the vineyards and even got to pick the grapes (Carignane) in the Seguret region of Provence.
Biking through the Gigondas has its privileges... tastings! Note the bike gloves :-)
Our guides suggested we stop for a sample at the new Vacquerays supermarket sized wine store. A handsome selection was on hand for us!
Our dinner after a long ride around the Dentelles.
Biking and wine. A perfect combination!

Stay tuned for tomorrow's theme.... Il pleut comme vache qui pisse!

Hotties on the TGV!

Our HOTT Crew has plunged into our @DuVine adventure in Provence, but not before having a chance to cast long slow gazes at handsome gentlemen in our TGV train as we hurtled at amazing speeds from Paris to Avignon! We could have watched him for hours. OK, we did watch him for hours!
Our HOTT Crew is serious about cycling, and we were thrilled at the wonderful bikes that awaited us at hour fabulous chateau in Mazan, Provence. Above is GB's bike. Bikes vary by destination and individual preference. Before heading off on our bikes to Bedouin to conquer the world famous Mt. Ventoux we had a delicious lunch on the terrace of our chateau.
The lamb stew and fresh organic greens was the perfect fuel we need for our 5,100' ascent up Mt. Ventoux.
We made it to the top! 21.5 kilometers of 10%-12% grades, with no level spot on the course. Just straight up! Nippy made it to the top first, followed closely by FTH and GB. FT and Undercover RM made it to the top just a bit afterwards. Our Duvine guide graciously drove to the top of Mt. Ventoux to await our arrival and provide us with much deserved French beer!
As Kings of the Mountain, if just for a day, we were rewarded with this spectacular dinner hosted just for us at our chateau!
This poster above gives a good idea of the magnificence and extreme steepness of Mt. Ventoux. Good heavens we rode our bikes ALL the way up to the top!!!!

We'll have more trip reports later, and more hotties on French métros and trains.

Hotties on the Métro - Magnifique!

Whilst going out to dine at Au Beouf Courrone we ran into this utterly delightful French hottie on the M5 Line. We love his hair, and his pecs are rather impressive, too!

Hotties on the Métro!

Our HOTT Crew arrived in France just hours ago and we couldn't resist capturing pics on the Métro! And this gentleman stood out to us because he looks so French! And we notice so many men wearing scarfs even though it's 19C outside. We're not quite sure what that's about but the men here certainly do look good!

Fabulous Friday - Off to the Airport

We can't stop taking pictures of handsome men! Even on our way to the airport we managed to get a pic of this incredibly handsome gentleman! The sling satchel is quite attractive, and goes well with his outfit. And he's so trim and toned!

Our next update will be from Gay Paris! Au Revoir!

The Bold and the Beautiful

FTH won the race to get the first hottie with an iPhone 6 (a regular iPhone 6, not the iPhone 6 Lane Bryant Edition). And it makes perfect sense that you want a colorful gentleman to show off the immense rendering capabilities of the newest iPhone. So we bring you a wealth of color in today's hottie! From brilliant lime greens and soft linens to pearly whites and Apple Red (how appropriate for an iPhone shot!) our hottie pulls it all together in one memorable appearance.

And pardon our lateness in getting today's hottie posted, but we're busy packing for our biking trip to France.

Rear Window

This is the scene where we found our hottie. A hottie of passion captured on film in a way that you haven't seen before, and as no one else would dare attempt but the masters of hottie capturers... the men who bring you Hotties on the T.

We rather like this view of our gentleman hottie. We hope you do, too!

And starting October 1 our HOTT Crew will be featured in the "Flights of Fancy" section of Delta's new magazine, Flown!

Double Tuesday - Harvard Business School vs MIT Sloan

A golden opportunity to compare the golden boys of the world of business. Not only can they almost bring the global economy to the brink of disaster, but they can look good while doing it! Hottie on the left shows the Harvard Business School penchant for fastidious fashion and goes for the "skinny suit" look. Meanwhile, hottie on the right shows how MIT Sloan uses a nonchalant approach to bringing the business world to rack and ruin with his gorgeous pink shorts and black MIT Sloan logo'd fleece jacket.

And observe the delightful comparison of the footwear of HBS and MIT Sloan! Notice how Harvard (left) goes for high fashion whilst MIT Sloan opts for cool comfort.

Adapters

It's not easy coming up with a clever, unique and never-before-used title each single day! Over 979 posts so far, close to 1,000 hot and handsome men featured, and sometimes you have to reach a bit for a headline!

Now, our hottie above shows exactly the kind of handsome gent we feel is best suited for a V-necked T-shirt. Trim, toned in the torso, and, well, under 40. He's the epitome of V-necked done well!

And it's a sad fact of life that men over 40 wearing V-necked T-shirts look alarmingly like Simon Cowell. Without the bank account. Like pea coats, V-necked T-shirts have an upper age range for appropriate use.

And what about "adapters"? It seems our HOTT Crew is having difficulties distinguishing between the European and the Korean adapters in their Apple World Travel Adapter kit. We have a picture of them below, but aren't sure which is which. If you know for certain drop us an email at hottiesonthet@gmail.com!

Body, Mind, Spirit

Resplendent in business casual attire, our hottie labors on even after Friday's work hours have ended. He's diligent, precise, and very handsome!

Our HOTT Crew is busy recuperating from their labor of love... cycling! Hundreds of miles ridden this weekend for a good cause. Over half a million dollars raised from this weekend's cycling adventure alone! A weekend of fully engaging our bodies, minds, and spirit.

And the cycling this weekend is excellent training as our HOTT Crew partakes in the special invitation extended to us to explore Provence by bike! We'll have full reports for you while we're there!

Men in Uniform

We love men in uniform! This hottie is in the United States Air Force and graced our train with his masculine and reassuring presence. Something about desert fatigues that really catches our eyes!
And our HOTT Crew is busy pedaling 125 miles to Provincetown for the Harbor to the Bay AIDS fundraising event. 300 cyclists began at Copley Square this morning (above) and well over $400,000 has a been raised so far for local organizations.

Fabulous Friday - Pressed and Dressed

He may be on his way home, but our handsome fellow is still perfectly pressed. A gentleman who plans his day with precision, tradition and discipline. The eyewear is perfect for his outfit. Even the shoulder straps on his day pack are refined and color coordinated to his business attire.  He's adorably well-put together! We imagine the life he leads and it inspires us to be our poetic selves...

He must feel the thrill of totting up a balanced book,
A thousand ciphers neatly in a row.
When gazing at a graph that shows the profits up,
His little cup of joy does overflow!

We're a Jock Tamson's Bairns!

Are the Scots upset because we haven't been featuring men in kilts on the T? Do they want to break up over our dereliction of duty? If so we'll try to make up for it today with a plethora of men in kilts. All to keep the Empire together! We're even trying to learn some Scots language!  Our title of today's post is Scottish for "We're all God's children, nobody is better than anybody else - we're all equal!". Above our hottie awaits the rush of wind from the arriving train to provide a refreshing breeze up his kilt!
Nice, very nice. We'd like to take one home with us!
Vivid. Brilliant. Adoringly seductive. Who knew kilts were so attractive!?!?
Kilts do wonders for a man's abs! Wonder what he keeps in that pouch?
Are these men cute or what!

Vote no, Scotland. We want you desperately! OK, we want your kilted men desperately!

The Great Thinker

We adore our handsome gentleman's pose, and we also enjoy the contemplative gaze as we await our train. And he certainly has some impressive legs!

Last night our HOTT Crew was invited as part of a select group of local opinion leaders to attend a seminar hosted by Cambridge Trust at the Trophy Bar in the South End. The speaker was Scott Squillace, Esq (author of the book below), who had interesting information to share, and we were impressed that Cambridge Trust has interest and expertise the field of investing and estates for same sex couples. Certainly you should keep both in mind regarding wealth management and estate/legal issues.

Manly Monday

Heavenly hirsute thighs greeted us this morning at less frequented stop by our HOTT Crew, but we should hang out here more often! And our gentleman's calves are quite attractive, too. And Fall is such a glorious time when handsome men can be seen wearing a combination of warm weather (shorts) and cool weather (fleece jackets) attire.

Urban Manly Man

We really like today's hottie's country manly-man look and how's he's modified it to fit in an urban environment. The plaid shirt pays homage to the flannel shirts of the backwoodsmen, yet is tailored and styled to be appropriate for a heart-of-the-city look. And it shows off his pecs so well, too! Of course, paired with jeans this hottie's outfit shows off his masculine downtown appeal. We like!

Fabulous Friday - Fabulous Indeed

What a glorious hunk and fabulous pose! Quintessentially adorably hot. Our hottie above is just one of the fabulous things our HOTT Crew is encountering.

First, we've been asked to be interviewed for Delta's new magazine Flown. Flown is specifically for passengers who've flown Delta Air Lines and our HOTT Crew interview will be in their Flights of Fancy section. Look for us when you fly Delta Air Lines!

In one week we'll be pedaling our behinds off as we participate in the Harbor to the Bay fundraising bike ride. 125 miles in one day!

And then a week later our HOTT Crew has been invited to partake in a 6-day biking adventure in France with Duvine Adventures. What a busy September we have!

Bespoken

It's a pleasure to find a man with refined taste not only in clothes, but also in the tailor who makes his clothes. Our hottie was carrying a bespoke ("custom made", commonly used by us in the Empire) suit from Maxwells Clothiers, renowned tailors from Hong Kong. And we adore the bow tie, curiously adorned with skull and crossbones, and a pocket square that matched his shirt.

Anticipation

Our hottie has a demeanor of anticipation, much as our HOTT Crew had yesterday as we awaited our heartthrob, our Fantasy Apple Husband, Craig Federighi at yesterdays Apple Live event. Alas, we were extraordinarily disappointed that Craig didn't take to the stage. We hope our hottie above got what he was looking for!

Location: Green Line at Arlington

But wait, there's more!

We managed to score some pics of our dream man outside the Apple Live event. He's GORGEOUS! We're IN LOVE!
Craig is so down to earth. And handsome!
We want to drink from his cup of coffee!

Double Tuesday - Time to Vote!

What a sight to behold. A blur of motion as our three handsome gentleman arrive in the station. It's Double Tuesday plus a bonus! And a nice treat after discovering our HOTT Headquarters Residence in Cambridge had been trashed by the politicians below.

Location: Red Line at Kendall/MIT
Imagined Professions: Googlites

* * * * *

7 lbs of useless political flyers dumped in our lobby, entryway and courtyard, and we're a rather small building! And Lesley Phillips team refused to pick up what they had just strewn!

There are many worthy candidates to vote for today. Candidates who are dedicated, hardworking, intelligent and bright. Candidates who aren't lazy, inconsiderate and just plain unprogressive (like the candidates below).

So instead of endorsing candidates, we'll help you narrow things down by suggesting who NOT to vote for... the candidates below!
And Lesley, Maura and Don, we've picked up the trash you dumped. Where can we send the bill?

Monday Morning Glory

What a glorious week! A new royal baby is on the way (we have our name guesses below), a fabulous hottie gave us a delicious pose (above), and tomorrow we'll be watching our Fantasy Apple Husband (Craig Federighi) unveil the new iPhones and iPads!

First, we love the way our hottie lounges his way across the city in his slim-fit pants and shirt and very attractive boat shoes. And what a lovely glow that his iPhone casts onto his face. A model of perfection!

Last year we correctly guessed 2 of the 3 names of the Royal Baby, and were mentioned on BBC News Channel for our relatively accurate prediction! We hope to repeat our feat with this 2nd baby.

Our name predictions are:
A Girl - Elizabeth Victoria Alexandra Mary Dodie Mave
A Boy - Philip Charles Albert William

Pray, Love, Serve

The university buses are weaving through the neighborhoods, the Red Sox are struggling, post-Labor Day traffic is as irritating as ever, and a few leaves are already bursting into flame. It must be fall in Boston. After some serene summer weeks, the HOTT Crew is now abuzz as we prepare for the new academic year.

Our hottie above seems to exemplify the commencement of yet another academic season in our midst, and his choice of colors show the brightness of hope in the future. We live in an ever changing world, and our HOTT Crew hopes we can always be attuned to the signals and voices in our midst of the promise of that brighter future.

Dog Day Afternoon

Our hottie for today isn't a dog, he's a hunk! And we like the way he keeps cool even with the excess luggage he's toting around on this infernally hot day.

But if you have a doggie friend in the city why not take the pooch for a ride on the T? It's so much cooler and everyone will be entertained, as we were this morning when we ran into this adorable canine below!
