Nothing Gold Can Stay
Our journey on the T began with a paradox. All at once common knowledge, precise observation, and the implications of ancient associations were brought into conflicting play. Just look at the multifaceted elements our hottie brings to us this fine Fall morning and reflect on what you associate with each of his stunningly beautiful choices.
Midway through our journey we realized our hottie existed in disguise only a moment and then moved on to his true state. Gaze longingly at our hottie's gold pants and green jacket and notice how the colors of each subside into the other.
Finally, our hottie helps us realize that our morning commute is tentative, lovely, but incomplete and evanescent. We are induced to accept each change we see as a shift to good rather than as a decrease in value, even though each change involves a seeming diminution.

What's in a Name?
Dark sultry looks. Delicious beard and moustache. Our handsome man provides plenty of intrigue on our way to work. Our HOTT Crew enjoy imagining our featured hotties' professions, and we also enjoy conjuring up an appropriate name for them, too. What might this handsome fellow's name be?
Speaking of names, we're anxiously awaiting the results from the Arlington, MA name change initiative on November 8. Arlington is desiring to be less like Medford and more like Belmont, and feels that "enhancing" the name of the town will provide many benefits. Each name is presumed to attract a specific demographic that the town seeks to grow, and the 3 names on the ballot are:
Rancho Arlington - Appeals to young high-end tech workers from Southern California.
Compare to Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Arlington Farms - Provides an air of exclusivity and New England reserve. Appropriately stuffy.
Compare to Beverly Farms, MA
Arlington-on-the-Minuteman - Combines athleticism and American history in one fell swoop. Compare to Henley-on-Thames, UK
Our favorite is Arlington-on-the-Minuteman as we're big fans of cycling the Minuteman Bikeway and think adding healthy cyclist residents would be a big benefit to the town. If you live in Arlington, MA don't forget to vote for your favorite new name!

Emergency!
We're absolutely speechless. If we ran into this smoking' hot hottie in the Emergency Room we do believe we'd be revived immediately by his stunning good looks. His moustache is a tour de force! He reads books! He's had a flu shot! He heals people!

...to bring you the constant variety of hotties. The thrill of fashion and the agony of trying to get a hottie double. The human drama of surreptitiously taking photos of hot men on the T. This is Hotties on the T.
Speaking of spanning the globe... our HOTT Crew member FTH has finally revealed where he is honeymooning. Puerta Vallarta, Mexico! Cheers to FTH and his new husband!

The Power of Your Vote
We post this because our HOTT Crew is dismayed to hear from so many Millennials, particularly women, who are saying they aren't going to vote November 8.
Millennials are now the largest generation, yet have the lowest percentage of voter turnout.
As gay men we've spent years showing up and speaking out for our civil rights and marriage equality. We've gone door-to-door canvassing, handed out flyers and petitions outside polling precincts, met with local, state and federal elected officials.
And we never missed casting our vote. Because it counts more than anything else.
You, dear readers count, too. Vote!
By the Book
A handsome man reading a hardcover book... that's so hot! From his fashionable shoes to his choice of clothing colors that match the tiled wall behind him our trendy gentleman exudes intelligence and grace. What a magnificent Monday!

It Gets Redder
Boston is a sea of handsome rowers with muscled thighs and broad masculine shoulders. It's the Head of the Charles Regatta! And beneath the hubbub the MBTA's trains swiftly whisk the spectators back and forth to the best viewing areas. Here we have a stunning ginger gentleman appropriately attired for the brisk windy weather. It may not be the best weather for a rowing regatta but it sure is good for spotting hotties on the T

Fabulous Friday - Sights and Sounds of the Seventies
He's an intergenerational hottie. Cool low-slung-at-the-hip jeans show of his slim trim torso, while a wild and crazy paisley shirt hearkens back to the heyday of the 70s. He's probably that quiet guy at a party who nonetheless is the person everyone else wants to get to know. Fabulous attire, handsome guy!
Speaking of intergenerational, our HOTT Crew friends Dodie & Lola are continuing their canvassing for Hillary, and have discovered retirement centers are a fabulous place to get out the vote. Dodie scored an LP at a local thrift shop and she and Lola are now busy entertaining seniors with sing-alongs... the most popular LP being Sing Along With Millard Fillmore. Who knew!

Wide Eyed
Marvelously decked out in gold-toned shorts, smartly paired with pale blue long-sleeved T with horizontal stripes and maroon piping, our hottie is ready for the warm weather today and as wide-eyed as our HOTT Crew was with last night's Presidential Debate!
Let's review how the press described today how Hillary dispatched her opponent:
Mansplained him.
Mocked him.
Outmaneuvered him.
Tormented him.
Landed a hard jab.
Called him a puppet.
Savaged his career.
Portrayed him as a lightweight with the temperament of a spoiled child.
Any woman who can bring a man to tears as she did last night has an extraordinary skill set. Or as her opponent said of her himself last night, "The one thing you have over me is experience."
Mission Accomplished, we think. And there can't be any doubts now about whom to vote for November 8!

Cruising in the Fast Lane
Our hottie is cruising through the T in the fast lane. He's got handsome looks and a cool demeanor to get him from one side of Boston to the other.
And our HOTT Crew has been has been cruising from one side of Florida to the other this past weekend.
Yesterday morning we were busy canvassing and getting out the vote (Floridians are voting already in some counties!) in Orlando (above). Downtown Orlando was beautiful, and easy pickins' for getting out votes for Hillary!
Mid-day we then visited the Snap! Gallery in Orlando (above) where there was a special exhibition featuring photographers from The New York Times, Orlando Sentinel, Reuters, Getty Images, and Associated Press, documenting the Pulse nightclub aftermath, and vigils for Pulse from around the world. It was very moving.
Then we were off to Volusia County (Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach) to conclude our Get Out the Vote campaign. It was all very exciting. We know that when you watch the elections results on November 8 you'll see that the I-4 Corridor in Florida went for our next President, Hillary Clinton!

Rear Window
Just as the film Rear Window is a classic, so is our hottie today! We could stand behind our handsome man any day, every day! His khakis sure do fit well!
Our HOTT Crew is busy this Sunday getting out the vote for Hillary in Florida's I-4 Corridor, the Swing Region of the Swing State.
Above is our approach to Tampa where our HOTT Crew found an ingenious way to garner votes for Hillary... we hit up the retirement communities (decked in our Clinton buttons and stickers, of course) and gave seminars to senior citizens on how to use their iPhones and iPads.
What a success! Easy work for us as we're in the Tech industry, and the hunger among seniors for basic instructions was incredible. They were so grateful. And like putty in our hands as we led them to the early voting booths to cast their votes for our candidate!
Today we're hitting up downtown Orlando and will try to post on twitter our progress.

Getting Down to Business
Our handsome man is all about getting down to business. From top to bottom he's a man of action and distinction. The kind of man our HOTT Crew would enjoy having with us as we begin our canvassing of the I-4 Corridor in Florida (the swing region of a swing state) getting out the vote for Hillary Clinton!
Our HOTT Crew friends Dodie & Lola hosted the large canvassing team for a group dinner at Orlando's famous Bauern Stube restaurant. So much food!
So much sausage! We needed a lot of food as we helped our HOTT Crew friend Lola practice her soliloquy, "What it Would Be Like to Be a Woman with Trump as President". We were all moved to tears. Should be a fine closing moment at each canvassing stop!
Above is the I-4 Corridor. Our group will be starting this morning in Tampa meeting voters and urging them to vote for Hillary.
Follow us on Twitter (@HottiesOnTheT) as we'll try to post pics along the way.

Fabulous Friday - Swinging to Victory
Our handsome fellow has that look of perseverance and accomplishment. He's the kind of person you want with you campaigning for victory in a swing state for the Presidential Election.
And our HOTT Crew friends Dodie & Lola invited us and many of their friends from around the country to spend a long weekend in service to swinging Florida to Hillary Clinton's electoral column!
Orlando is a sea of rainbow flags. A good omen for a Democratic win in Florida. Dodie and Lola hired a motor coach to bring all of their friends to the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Downtown Orlando.
Enroute to the hotel we made a stop at the Pulse night club for a moment of silence.
Dodie & Lola have us all canvassing the Interstate 4 Corridor for the next 3 days. From Tampa Bay to Daytona Beach we'll be getting people to vote early for Hillary!

Super Voter!
Our hottie has the look of a Super Voter! What is a Super Voter, you ask? It's a person with confidence, good looks and who voted in at least 8 of the last 10 elections. That includes national and local elections. These are the people who make a difference. These are the people who understand how their vote counts. And these are the people who are listened to by elected officials because voting records (having voted, not whom you voted for) are a public record.
So join the bandwagon! The first thing you need to do to become special like our hottie above (and our entire HOTT Crew) is to register to vote! And the New England states have the following deadlines:
Maine: Tuesday, October 18, 2016
Massachusetts: Wednesday, October 19, 2016
New Hampshire: Saturday, October 29, 2016
Connecticut: Tuesday, November 1, 2016
Vermont: Wednesday, November 2, 2016
Rhode Island: You missed the deadline
Come on. Register! Don't be like a Rhode Islander and miss the deadline!

Double Tuesday - The Race is On!
Who has the whitest shoes? Who has the most immaculately groomed hair and bear? Our hotties above are in a race to the finish!
Speaking of races... because our HOTT Crew has such close political ties to New Hampshire we've been asked to highlight a very urgent message for our readers in New Hampshire:
Maggie Hassan must win the Senate race in New Hampshire!
New Hampshire's Senate seat moving to a Democrat is vital for America!
We urge all of our Hotties on the T visitors from New Hampshire to:
1). Register to vote
2). If registered already, confirm where your voting precinct is located.
3). On Election Day (November 8, 2016) vote for Maggie Hassan!

Wedding Bells
Our HOTT Crew member FTH got married! It was a most elegant affair attended by all the who's who of New England society. In honor of FTH's wedding we bring you this sumptuous man above bedecked in form-fitting navy. His clothes hug the curves like our HOTT Crew friend Lola's sports car handles tight hairpin turns!
We're not sure where FTH will be going on his honeymoon but we're fairly certain it isn't a hotel with "TRUMP" on the outside of the building!
Speaking of Trump, just look at the horror on the face of this pussy as it's about to be grabbed!

How Do You Spell "Plaid"? W-O-O-F!
The handsome gentleman wore plaid. And upon spotting him our HOTT Crew simultaneously said WOOF! A gentleman's gentleman. A man of perfection and ease. A glorious fellow to commute with on the T
Meanwhile our HOTT Crew Friends Dodie and Lola fared OK in Hurricane Matthew. Lola sent us a couple of pictures from the neighborhood (below).
As Dodie feared there would be quite a lot of downed Live Oaks. Here they block a road near her lakefront mansion on Lake Cherokee in Orlando.
And one of Dodie's prized Live Oaks was itself a victim (above). At least she still has some Live Oaks that are still standing!

Fabulous Friday - Weatherman!
Our hottie looks delighted not to be in a hurricane! Beaming with joy. A gleam in his eyes. A spring in his step! It's the look of joy one gets after seeing our review below of Weather Radar apps!
Our HOTT Crew has been keeping tabs on our friends and family on the east coast of Florida and thought we'd compare two weather radar apps to see if they're worth having in a dangerous weather situation.
Our first app we tried was NOAA Radar US (video below).
The other app we tried is MyRadar NOAA Weather (see video below)

Hurricane Hottie - One Two Punch
As many of you do, our HOTT Crew has a lot of family and friends in the direct path of Hurricane Matthew. Having been through many a Florida hurricane ourselves we know that being called/messaged/texted during and after a hurricane is a major nuisance. One needs to assess the damage done and loss of power, after all! Please be considerate of those in a hurricane's path... when it's convenient for them they will let you know they are ok.
Please be patient!
So what will we be doing?
Besides reflecting on the beachside hottie above (lifted off of BosGuy's blog, link over there --->) we'll be making Hurricane Punch! Here's our favorite recipe given to us by our HOTT Crew friend Lola!
2 ounces light rum
2 ounces dark rum
2 ounces passion fruit juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 of a lime, juiced
1 tablespoon grenadine
1 orange, sliced into wheels, for garnish
Makes one serving. Enjoy!
Blowin' in the Wind
Our hottie has a happy-go-lucky look on his face. A jubilant fellow. It's as if his cares and worries are blowin' away in the wind.
Speaking of blowing wind...
Our HOTT Crew friends Dodie & Lola are in line for a direct hit from Hurricane Matthew. Dodie is worried that the majestic Live Oaks at her palatial lakefront home won't survive the 125MPH winds.
Meanwhile Lola has FINALLY removed her car from Dodie's air conditioned garage and taken it to the repair shop where she's paying them to keep her car elevated on hydraulic jacks to avoid the storm surge.

Our HOTT Crew keeps an ever watchful eye for handsome fellows on the T. And here our diligence pays off as we encounter this stunningly tall and handsome gentleman.
Speaking of watches...
How about David Beckham's watch! Our HOTT Crew can't help but notice it's a British-made chronograph style watch that's the quintessential element of the finest of gentlemen. It features a stopwatch, a tachymeter and even tells the current phases of the moon.

Double Tuesday - Close Quarters
Our very attractive duo show how cozy it can be on the T. Our man on the left has a sumptuous granite gray T-shirt while our fellow on the right wears a summery checked shirt. We enjoyed being seated across from them on our commute!
The latest forecast for Hurricane Matthew has it reaching our HOTT Crew friends Dodie and Lola in Florida sometime Friday morning. With a potential strength at Category 5 as it reaches them we had to share the above picture so they could comprehend just how bad it's going to be. Meoooowww!
