Sleeping Beauty

Resplendent in repose, our hottie brightens up our day with technicolor accents. Just look at the lime green piping on his shoes and the other color piping on his jacket (remember, GB is color blind). We trust our hottie will be refreshed upon arriving at his destination.

And we must advise that our servers are being stretched to capacity since about 11pm last night as our hottie from our Renaissance Man post seems to have been discovered by his friends. We find it's our calling to bring joy and happiness to the people of Boston. Click the link below to view him!

A memorial to soldiers of the Spanish American War is near our HOTT Headquarters, and we can't help but notice this fine statue. Look at those magnificent thighs! Feast upon the melonesque behind! It's not often that we find a statue that's hot!

Double Tuesday - Smoke Gets in Your Eyes

A big welcome to those who've discovered us on Reddit! And today we bring you a double dose of goodness with these bespectacled men who, in the absence of sunlight in the caverns under our fair city nonetheless protect their eyes with fashionable sunglasses. So different, yet so similar. Casual, yet with nods towards the latest fashions. Happy Double Tuesday!

The Beat Goes On

We love Mondays! And we like the beat look of our hottie. He adds flair and spice to one's commute. The shades, the hair, the low-cut Henley, all combined to give that avant garde appearance.

And we're very excited about a new concept in MBTA Maps below. The design scheme of this transit map, named Boston T-Time, is based on letting the viewer know immediately how long of a ride to expect from one station to another. Look closely at how helpful this can be. Map courtesy of Peter Dunn at Stonebrown Design.
Last, but not least, we're thrilled that our very own FT (below) has landed yet another underwear modeling gig for Freshpair. Congratulations, FT!

Submission Sunday

The rain continues. The cool dampness lingers. But let our hotties warm you up! And we don't normally accept submissions but these are too good to pass up. A gentleman we'll call "BC" took these photos, and we're especially enamored of the hottie with the torn pant leg. The golden hued tan of the leg. The deft simultaneous maneuvering of paper and iPhone. The neatly styled hair. A classic hottie.
And here's another hottie he captured in a quintessential sideways profile mode. The duffle coat overlaying a gray hoodie sweatshirt.  Good job, BC!

Redemption

Our hottie was wearing a sensuously silky smooth long sleeved shawl-collared athletic shirt with "Redemption" emblazoned on the upper torso, brilliantly showcasing his toned pecs and trim build. A North Face brimless cap warded off the chilled April winds. The jeans... perfection.

The BosGuy Bump below.

And we were amused yesterday when we read on BosGuy's blog that he was featured on Yahoo News and received a large amount of traffic, thus leading to the potential for referral traffic to his list of blogs (of which we're one). Sure enough, it explained what we now call "The BosGuy Bump". A nice boost in new visitors to our blog. Thanks, BosGuy!

Double Tuesday - Marathon Man

Lithe toned men. Brilliant orange jackets. It's an underground Shangri La! And how fortuitous that we squeezed in a techno hottie with him! We apologize for the one-day delay in our Double Tuesday feature, but we think it's worth it! Don't you?

Signs of Spring

We have an important fashion announcement in this post. And yes, Double Tuesday is delayed until tomorrow (the holiday had us thinking today was Monday). But first a brief highlight of our onboard hottie. Ready for spring he wears a stunning subtle forest green (remember, GB is color blind) cashmere sweater worn to perfection over a canary yellow buttoned down Oxford shirt. And for accessories he has a deep navy Polo baseball cap and stunning 2 carat diamond studs in each ear! This gent was lit up like a forsythia bush in full bloom!

And now our fashion tip for Spring/Summer 2014. As the weather rapidly warms up many of you may have thoughts of acquiring cargo pants and cargo shorts. If so, please look at the pic below.
Notice how none of the men are over the age of 25? There's a reason for that. And though our HOTT Crew has very few fashion rules when we do make them they are critical to follow. And the rule of which we speak today is:

Men over 25 years of age must never wear cargo pants or cargo shorts.

As a highly respected global fashion magazine pointed out the other day cargo pants are a "stage-of-life" piece of clothing for men immediately post-college. And the assumption is that you finished college at age 21 or 22.

Mind you, cargo pants can look great, and this season's styles from Michael Bastian, Todd Snyder, Ovadia & Sons, Balmain and Michael Kors are cut much slimmer (if your waist size is over 32" they won't look good) give a youthful yet stylish appearance somewhere between jeans and chinos, and do have handy places for a very few flat assorted items. But do heed our advice above.

So remember, don't turn cargo pants into a cargo cult!

Happy Patriots Day!

The Boston Marathon race is on! And hotties galore are filling the Green Line trains as they travel to their preferred viewing spots in Boston. Above is a handsome young fellow dressed for Marathon viewing and post-Marathon entertainment!

And congratulations to our HOTT Crew's FTH for completing the Boston Midnite Marathon Ride. It's a hazardous course, due to the lack of light, and poor FTH took a tumble on a large pebble and skidded across the finish line on his shin. But he finished! And he'll have an outward and visible sign of his accomplishment for years to come!

Cape Ann Easter Bunny Drop™ Pic and Video

As promised our HOTT Crew recorded for posterity the 1st Annual Cape Ann Easter Bunny Drop.™ Below is a video of the first drop conducted by our friends (left to right) Dodie, Kiwi, Little Scarlet, Mave and TJ. Kiwi is Little Scarlet's boyfriend. We had no idea Kiwi existed until we were introduced at the airport yesterday! That vixen Little Scarlet!

Kiwi, a world-renowned physicist (really), was the winner of the event by having his bunny cover the greatest distance.

1st Annual Cape Ann Easter Bunny Drop™

They highways are packed with people driving to Easter dinners, and our gentleman above is perfectly attired for a drive in the country. A nice combination of casual attire enhanced by a lovely blue tie and a gray driving cap.

And our HOTT Crew has been busy preparing a feast for hordes today, only to encounter one culinary disaster after another. But we're confident that nothing will go wrong with our 1st Annual Cape Ann Easter Bunny Drop™ at 3:30pm. We hope the bunnies don't land like sacks of wet cement. Oh the humanity!

Lean On

We found this handsome hottie leaning on a shimmering pillar. The reflections of the platform's safety stripe adding delicious contrast to his charcoal coat and French blue dress shirt. We could have just leaned on a nearby pillar and soaked in his handsomeness!

And our HOTT Crew has an action packed Easter weekend! We're off to Logan Airport today to pick up Dodie and Mave's British Friend "Little Scarlet", putting the final plans on our newly created event that's sure to be a crowd pleaser, the 1st Annual Cape Ann Easter Bunny Drop, and we'll also be squeezing in time to assist TJ & Max as they prepare their yacht for the summer season (picture of the two playful nautically themed gents below).

Fabulous Friday - Amore a Prima Vista

That's amore! Our bellissimo hottie is from Italy, and is an example of how some subtle European flair ramps up the heat. The outfit is business casual, yet accessorized with colorful running shoes and dark ankle-high running socks that expose his tanned and toned legs. And the bike helmet and European designer eyewear just puts this gentleman into a hotness league all to himself.

Renaissance Man

We can't help but continue our intellectual theme after encountering this absolutely adorable gentleman. We especially enjoy that it appears he's beaming that gorgeous smile directly at us! As we watched him thoroughly enjoy his travels on the T our Ivy League minds went into overdrive wondering exactly who this stunning man could be!

He's young, yet executive in comportment. He works hard, yet diligently schedules time for himself (perhaps a lunch time concert or a visit to the Atheneum. Maybe, be still our anglophile hearts, even a cricket match on Cambridge Common). He has an appreciation for the arts, an understanding of classic English literature and knows the value of a constitutional monarchy. He's our Rennaisance Man, and inspires us to remember this line from one of our favorite poets:

Smiles, which spread like radiance from the cloud-surrounded moon.  -Percy Bysshe Shelley

Ornamentation

The ornament of a house is the friends who frequent it. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

We were especially grateful that our hottie provided such succulent ornamentation for our commute. So inspired were we by his very well fitted Emerson sweat pants that we couldn't help but think of one of our favorite quotes by Ralph Waldo Emerson. Amazing what jogs our HOTT Crew's minds.

Speaking of ornamentation and sweat pants, we got this delicious photo of FT providing breakfast this morning. And he cooked food, too!

Lenten Discipline

Monday's can be days of reflection.  And we're currently in the midst of the contemplative season of Lent. So imagine our delight at finding a handsome contemplative man wearing the liturgically correct and fashion-forward colors for Lent! The subtly checked dress shirt layered underneath a cashmere V-necked sweater, both sporting luscious radiant orchid colors (THE top color for 2014) is a brilliant choice! And highlighting his stunning shirt and sweater selection is a jacket with hibiscus hued red and an obligatory baseball cap in the Harvard Crimson color. Smart choice, hottie!

Under the Swaying Palms

We awoke this morning looking forward to the forecasted sunny skies and a high temperature of 72F (22C for those of you in our Dominions Beyond the Seas). Weather suitable for sipping tropical cocktails under swaying palm trees. Instead, we were delivered rain showers and temperatures in the upper 40's. It was so wet and cold even our hottie above bundled up to ward off the damp chill. The only swaying palms for us were at church!

Still, Spring just has to be around the corner, right? Promise?

Puppy Love

We captured this strikingly handsome man with an equally striking backdrop of glittering skyscrapers. The shimmering brushed aluminum ceiling complimenting our hotties slightly salt & pepper hair. And the Michelin Man jacket, while trendy, obscures in this view his very fit physique. We guess he's runs marathons.

And today we were keeping fit, too! As we were arriving back at HOTT Headquarters from a long bike ride we captured this adorable hottie! Isn't he cute! We want him! In bed with us! Wearing only a bow tie!

Fabulous Friday - Limeade

There was major swooning our our train. This stunning hottie kitted out in a lime green North Face rain jacket was absolutely gorgeous. Just look at the carefully selected colors our gentleman chose for his attire: tan shoes offset by navy pants and navy and white striped socks (excellent choice!) as well as tortoise shell eyewear and that luscious and brilliant lime green hooded North Face wind breaker. Seeing him across from us turned a ho hum day into a fabulous day!

Burma Shave

His face was smooth
And cool as ice.
And oh Louise,
He smelled so nice! Burma Shave! - From Burma Shave road sign circa 1935.

It's not just the striking smoothly shaved head of our hottie that caught our eye. It's also the attention to detail in his facial grooming and the stunning color and pattern of his tie and how it's paired with a financial gray suit. Quite fetching!

Double Tuesday - Put Your Hand on His Thigh!

For five stations we followed.. umm, watched.. these two impeccably trim and dandily dressed gentleman. And the hand of the hottie in the blue cable-knit sweater was always this close to resting on the thigh of the hottie in the gray shawl-collared cardigan sweater (absolutely stunning sweater, by the way). But his hand never made it there. We were on pin cushions waiting for that magical moment to happen. We were dying to shout out, "For heaven's sake put your hand on his thigh"! Alas, we had to satisfy ourselves with soaking in our trendy lads' ambience and the images of what surely was a very successful shopping trip on Newbury Street (Reiss menswear is just one of the treats they picked up). And we wonder... what exactly is in hottie on the left's European Men's Carry All?

Above is where we first spotted our hotties. Across the track from us at Park Street Station. We zoomed in with our iPhone camera. Fortunately at Park St one boards the trains from either side of the track, so we were able to cleverly watch where they entered so we could sit opposite them.

We knew that if they stayed onboard the train long enough to ride across the Longfellow Bridge we might get a pic of them with the Boston skyline in the background. That would be so romantic, wouldn't it! The Prudential Building looks lovely in the background but hottie on the left decided to yawn. Our magical plan was foiled. This time.

And yawn or not these two handsome gents are quite the catch!

We have to admit that we have a fondness for men with a bit of silver in their hair. Especially when it's so meticulously groomed as our hottie gentleman above.  So refined. So dignified. So downright handsome!

Bon Voyage

Well, our HOTT Crew certainly overextended themselves yesterday evening at the Boston LGBT Film Fest. Four films, back to back, left us exhausted! So exhausted we had to get out and do a 25 mile bike ride this afternoon! Whether it's watching films or cycling long distances remember our advice... "Pace yourself, boys!". Oh yes, our favorite film of the evening was "The Circle".

And we hope our hottie above will pace himself on the journey upon which he's about to disembark. Just look at his tousled hair and well-trimmed facial hair. He's delightful!

Enjoy the rest of this gorgeous day!

Flixster

Our HOTT Crew had a fantastic time last night at the Boston LGBT Film Fest's showing of 10 Year Plan . A funny and charming film! And enroute we encountered this stunning chap in pick-me-up colors that will brighten any dreary day. And how convenient that he showed us both sides! He certainly knows how to work the runway.
Our HOTT Crew enjoys supporting local organizations that add depth and character to our local community. So we'll be spending the afternoon and evening away from the maddening baseball crowds in the Fenway and instead taking in the selection of films that the Boston LGBT Film Fest is hosting at the Brattle Theatre in Cambridge. We highly recommend the following films being shown today at the Brattle. Just show up and buy your tickets at the door!

3:00 p.m. - The Circle (classic vintage Europe from the 1950's!)
5:00 p.m. - Kidnapped for Christ (spooky and creepy!)
7:00 p.m. - Drunktown's Finest (have we mentioned we're fans of martinis?)
9:30 p.m. - Drag Shorts (what's not to like about that?)

See you there!

Double Tuesday - Cliff Hanger

Double Tuesday appears today instead of yesterday as we had our April Fools joke that we pulled on you yesterday.

What? You didn't realize we played an April Fools joke? You mean that "Anderson Cooper look-alike" was actually the real Anderson Cooper? Yep! April Fools!

Meanwhile we bring you a fine pair of hotties today! And it's a cliff hanger who will be get his news by iPhone faster. Will it be hottie on the left with the very flattering jeans, or will it be hottie on the right who peruses the news on his iPhone with a turbo boost from a real newspaper?

We're still looking at those jeans.

So Anderson Cooper!

We captured this stunning Anderson Cooper look-alike whilst out and about this weekend. Just look at those worked-out pecs! We desperately wanted to reach out and touch pseudo Anderson's pecs! And if you're going to impersonate Anderson Cooper you'll want to follow our hottie's lead and wear dress shoes with jeans and carry a workout bag. We're also relieved that we're not in any danger as an Anderson Cooper would only wear a black V-necked T-shirt to a disaster scene.
