Such a tall young man, and such a handsome one, too! He's perfectly dressed for summer in the workplace, and we noticed he was wearing ankle boots sans socks! We couldn't help but think that the with his pant legs generously cuffed to give a wader effect, paired with the sock-less ankle boots, our hottie has created a new style: Hipster Business Casual!
