The university buses are weaving through the neighborhoods, the Red Sox are struggling, post-Labor Day traffic is as irritating as ever, and a few leaves are already bursting into flame. It must be fall in Boston. After some serene summer weeks, the HOTT Crew is now abuzz as we prepare for the new academic year.

Our hottie above seems to exemplify the commencement of yet another academic season in our midst, and his choice of colors show the brightness of hope in the future. We live in an ever changing world, and our HOTT Crew hopes we can always be attuned to the signals and voices in our midst of the promise of that brighter future.

Dog Day Afternoon

Our hottie for today isn't a dog, he's a hunk! And we like the way he keeps cool even with the excess luggage he's toting around on this infernally hot day. 

But if you have a doggie friend in the city why not take the pooch for a ride on the T? It's so much cooler and everyone will be entertained, as we were this morning when we ran into this adorable canine below!

Fabulous Friday - It Gets Better

As thrilled as we were with this hottie above, and the finesse with which he color coordinates his outfit, we couldn't help but notice so much more just a little bit lower. So scroll down for the next pic!

What incredibly tanned and toned calves! Just look at those the boat shoes and how the pale leather color paris so well with the creamy lemon yellows in his shirt! And the belt! Simply beautiful!

Oh how we enjoy all the new hotties in town for the beginning of the academic year. So eager, so diligent, so delightful to gaze upon! Here we have a handsome hottie on his way to, perhaps, Suffolk University or Tufts Law School? Wherever he's going we're glad to have encountered him.

Double Tuesday - Lemon Lime

Happy people are fun people, and here we have two very happy hotties. It's double the fun! Hottie on the left goes for the plaid with abstract designs in his outfit. Unusual, but it works so well! And hottie on the right goes for simple solid pastels of blue and yellow. Notice how his T-shirt pairs well with the lemon-lime patterns in his friend's shirt!

Labor of Love

Labor Day gives us the chance to indulge in our labors of love, and this hottie seems fresh from a day of sailing on Boston Harbor. His trim frame, natty attire and happy visage were a delight for us to see as we returned from an evening of enjoying fine wines and superb oysters.

We apologize for the lateness in our Monday post but we were out on a 75 mile bike ride today and it was HOT!
