Orientation

So many new faces in town with Orientation taking place at colleges and universities in our fair city! And for those of you who are new to Boston please note that we take civic engagement and citizenship seriously. Here a stunning ginger fellow proudly wears his "I'm With Her" cap (and a Black Lives Matter wristband, too!) that goes oh so well with his blue-and-white gingham shirt (He must be a techy!) and vivid Blue State Blue socks.

Speaking of civic engagement, did you know that Emerson College provides a popup when logging in to EmConnect.Emerson.edu that will let you register to vote? We think that's awesome! We hope other universities are as up-to-speed on making a positive difference in our world as is Emerson.

And yes, you MUST register to vote and you MUST vote. The world cannot afford whiny college students refraining from their civic obligation to vote. We MUST make a difference in the mid-term elections this Fall. Your vote DOES count. Not voting HURTS us all.

Italian Plums

We scored the most delicious, luscious, plump and fruity Italian Plums yesterday at the Farmers Market in Cambridge. Not those big honker plums one finds in the grocery store that are lacking in texture and flavor. No, we're speaking of the Italian Plums, the quintessential plum experience and one of the signs that Summer is ending and Fall fast approaching. Our HOTT Crew is especially fond of making the the Original Plum Torte recipe from The New York Times.

So, upon seeing the Italian Plums at the Kimball Fruit Farm stand at the Farmers Market would couldn't help ourselves... we reached out and placed our hands on those delightfully exhilarating mounds of sweetness and just scooped them right up!

Our hottie's strong and firm grip on the railing mirror his strong and firm physique! With an Apple Watch, and iPhone, and a dazzling hair cut our gentleman of the moment literally stood out from the crowd. What a handsome chap!

Well weren't we the lucky ones to sit opposite this ripped and handsome hottie this morning! From the lettering on his designer Addidas V-necked T-shirt to the chino pants and the patterned shoes our hottie has a green thing going on. Could he be an eco-hottie who matches his green activism into his sartorial style? Is he a fashionista aficionado making sure that all of his elements match? Or could he be color blind (as is our HOTT Crew member GB) and have no idea he's even wearing the color green?

Whatever the case may be he's one hot man!

TED Talk on the T

The T is bursting with tech talent this week! We're not quite sure what it is, but we keep running into nice looking men wearing quintessentially tech style clothes.

But today's hottie dispensed with the gingham and instead chose the Facebookesque hoodie (albeit in a much nicer style than Zuckerberg). We also appreciate the subtle peach hue of his shorts as they make a lovely contrast to a turquoise T. And from the looks of his legs we discern a potential tennis aficionado in our midst!

Our hottie today is in living color with his apparel prime for the field of technology. A de rigeur multi-colored gingham shirt is magnificently paired with comfortably worn jeans and All Bird style shoes. We assume he's reading up on tech stuff as we hurtle underneath Cambridge towards MIT. Have you ever noticed how guys in tech wear lots of gingham shirts? We have!

Peppermint Patty

A delightfully handsome man enchanted us during our trip on the Green Line this afternoon. His Topsiders and blue jeans were accented with an adorable pale mint short-sleeve shirt that lets us know he's a masculine man but with a sensitive side (isn't that what all straight women want?). And the cool mint color of his shirt gave us the sensation that we were at the top of a cold and wintry mountain... alone... with him!

We stepped on the train and immediately had a sense that we'd seen this handsome fellow before. From the perfectly styled salt & pepper hair (trés sexy!) to the V-necked T-shirt (trés techy!) to the tattooed forearm (wait... we don't remember that!!!) our man stood out amongst a sea of everyday people. A man of distinction, style, and we're pretty sure he's also a playful and creative gent, too!

ZOOM!

As we cruised past WGBH headquarters on a delightfully well-air conditioned bus we couldn't help but think of our own HOTT Crew member FTH. FTH is our only member originally from Boston, and his illustrious childhood pedigree includes being a ZOOMER (Season 3, Cast 2 [ahem... that was the B team for Season 3]) on the hit children's TV show ZOOM! 

We also couldn't help but notice that the stripes on our hottie's shirt are reminiscent of the infamous striped shirts worn by the ZOOMERS! And now, without further ado, we present to you our very own FTH in the opening sequence of ZOOM! Season 3! Hint, hint.... he's Timmy!

Dress for success, and dress to impress. That's what our stunning and adorably well-dressed fellow did for us on the T today!
