Enchanted Tiki Room

When we boarded our train we stepped back in time to 1963 and the Enchanted Tiki Room in Disneyland Park (the first Disney attraction to feature audio animatronics!). Our fellow with tropical sartorial flair had us thinking a flock of parrots might suddenly appear and burst into song. To see how we felt check out the video below.

After experiencing the Enchanted Tiki Room we suddenly had a hunger for a Monte Cristo Sandwich, made popular by the world famous Blue Bayou Restaurant just around the corner from the Enchanted Tiki Room. Our HOTT Crew loves to make them a la Disneyland (the traditional way) and gladly provide the recipe for you below. Seriously... this recipe is hard to come by. You'll thank us when you take your first bite!

We swooned when we saw this handsome doctor in the house! And like most Americans (thanks to ObamaCare) we have health insurance and can make a private appointment to see him! 

And the rainbow ribbon on his ID (which we blurred to keep his name private) is adorable! He's a gay-friendly doctor!
