Lumbersexual on the Move

It's Fall which means it's time for the ever elusive Urban Lumbersexuals to appear. Clad in jeans, plaid flannel shirts, and quite often facial hair or scruff we delight in spotting them on the T. Red Line sightings of Lumbersexuals aren't as common as sightings on the B Branch of the Green Line, so this was quite the happy encounter for us.

Keep your eyes out... the Lumbersexuals are making their way into the city!

Arlington Man

An autumnal day out on the town on a magnificent and beautiful day. And our hottie du jour exhibits how simple attire can provide a flattering appearance. And the Brooks Brothers bag is a nice touch and gives us a hint that our handsome man likely works in a profession requiring the finest in business attire. Nice job, hottie!

Of Leather & French Cuffs

Now this is a man dressed for action! A genuine leather sling satchel and French Cuffs on his dress shirt mean only one thing... he's at the top of his game! We wish we could have seen his cufflinks, or captured a look at his wristwatch (we bet it had a really wide bezel). What a gentleman!

Big Ten vs. Ivy League

Simply stunning! Here in the heart of the Ivy League, Harvard Square, this gorgeous gentleman stole the show with his Big Ten style! Gloriously clad in a gray quarter-zip sweater featuring the canary yellow logo of the University of Michigan, and with stunning perfectly groomed salt-and-pepper hair that matches is sweater, our hottie shows that when it comes to a show down of the Big Ten versus the Ivy League the Big Ten is the clear winner!

Go Michigan! Go Blue!

And he's not the first hotter-than-hot hottie from University of Michigan! Check out this previous post:

Magic on the MBTA

A stunning confluence of timing, lighting, and a handsome fellow occurred right before our very eyes. An interplay of shadows and sunbeams, mixed with facial hair and glorious eyewear made everyone stop what they were doing so they could bask in this gentleman's presence. Evening on the MBTA can be so romantic at times!

Breaking News! It's:
And to celebrate National Vodka Day we share the recipe of our favorite vodka cocktail, created by and named after us:

The Gentlemen's Vesper

2 parts vodka (preferably Ketel One or Grey Goose)
2 parts gin (must be at least 47% alcohol, such as Bombay Sapphire)
1 part Lillet Blanc

Take a well-chilled martini glass and add 2 splashes of Orange Bitters into the glass. Swirl the bitters around to coat the inside of the glass. In a cocktail shaker add the vodka, gin and Lillet Blanc and shake vigorously until icy cold. Pour into martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel. Then sit back, sip, and pretend you're James Bond.
