Tall, dark and our hottie for Independence Day! We hope we run into our gentleman on the Esplanade for tonight's concert and fireworks!

On this 4th of July our friends Dodie and Lola Matisse are going on a Florida adventure by driving Lola's high performance sports car across Alligator Alley so they can spot some alligators. We probably should have mentioned to Dodie that she can find alligators in the lake over which her new home looks. Oh well, we'll sure they'll have fun!

And in preparation for our HOTT Crew's annual 4th of July Picnic (on the Charles River overlooking the fireworks launching site) we've made a most wonderful discovery. Our Duvine Adventures cycling bottles hold exactly the same volume as our favorite French "grape juice" bottles. Since the French "grape juice" comes in breakable glass bottles the plastic Duvine cycling bottles will make it ever so convenient to take our "grape juice" to the esplanade.

Yes, Mr. Policeman, this is grape juice!

Red. White. And Ruby Slippers!

As we begin our 4th of July weekend we bring you a quintessential hottie. Marvelously groomed and exquisitely handsome, our man epitomizes the look of the best of the land of the free and the brave.

And we've mentioned before that Cambridge Trust is the official Bank and Wealth Manager of Hotties on the T. Where else would you find ruby slippers poking out from under a computer keyboard (photo from the Cambridge Trust University Park branch office)! It's nice to know that one's money is in the hands of friends of Dorothy!

O Canada!

Our hottie is perfectly attired for celebrating Canada Day! The bicycles with Union Flag wheels is a nice touch, too, considering the UK granted self government to Canada on July 1, 1867 and complete independence to Canada on July 1, 1982!

One of our favorite rendition's of Canada's national anthem is done by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. So sit back and enjoy the video below!

Double Tuesday - Nantucket Reds

Two classic hotties in two contrasting yet classic styles. Hottie on the right goes for the Nantucket Red shorts and Topsiders, whilst hottie on the left opts for cherry red sneakers and a slim-fit pullover polo shirt. And just look at that red mop of hair he has!

And to see how far we've come over the decades watch this New York City Policeman get down at the NYC Pride Parade. We've come a long way since Stonewall!

Big Red and the HOTT Crew's Guide to (Gay) Marriage

Our man of the day shows how well pink and black mix with coppery orange! What a delightful head of hair. We really enjoy the sheen and the styling!

Meanwhile, lots is happening with our HOTT Crew's friends in Florida. Dodie is thrilled with her new lakefront home, although a bit perturbed that her friend Lola Matisse is still hanging around, ostensibly because her "high performance sports car requires Dodie's new air conditioned garage".

And our HOTT Crew commissioned their friend Biscuit (of Biscuit and Beemer) to create a helpful guide to gay marriage for those who are concerned about the impacts that will happen from Marriage for All. Here are our HOTT Crew's tips to Marriage Equality:

If You Are a Homosexual and Are Already Married:

If you had been lucky enough to live in a state that allowed gay marriage, the federal government already recognized your marriage as a thing, and you were eligible for tax, health, and pension benefits under federal law like any other married couple. Previously, if you had moved to another state that didn't recognize gay marriage, that state didn't have to recognize your marriage. Now, your marriage is recognized everywhere, the same as anyone else's.

If You Are a Homosexual and Want to Get Married:

Where before this came down to whether or not your state had legalized it, now you are free to do so regardless of which state you live in.

If You Are a Heterosexual and Do NOT Want to Enter into a Homosexual Marriage:

You will not be required to marry a gay person. This is a common misunderstanding. This decision actually does not affect you in any way.

If You Are Currently in a Heterosexual Marriage:
This decision does not affect you in any way.

If You Are a Heterosexual Who Is Not Currently Married:

This decision does not affect you in any way.

If You Are a Heterosexual Who Hopes to Eventually Marry:
This decision does not affect you in any way.

If You Are a Member of a Church That Performs Wedding Ceremonies but That Does Not Believe in Gay Marriage:

This decision does not affect you in any way.

If You Are a Religious Official Who Performs Wedding Ceremonies but Who Thinks Gay Marriage Is Wrong:

Rear Window

Just as the film Rear Window is a classic, so is our hottie today! We could stand behind our handsome man any day, every day! His khakis sure do fit well!

And pardon our lateness in posting. We've been in class all day learning how to say "marriage" without saying "gay" first!
