MBTA Delays Dashboard Widget!

Tired of having to go to www.mbta.com and browse through the site to find the current status of the subway lines?

Our HOTT Crew comes to your rescue with these simple instructions for creating an MBTA Delays widget for OS X's Dashboard! Just follow the easy steps below! Below each graphic is the description for that step.
Open Safari and go to mbta.com. Then click File -> Open in Dashboard

Click on a grey area (not the box) of Safari. That will anchor your widget box. Then drag the bright color box corners so that the area of Safari you want in your widget is inside the box.

We chose to encapsulate just the subway lines for our widget. More or less information can be chosen based on your travel needs. When finished sizing the box click on the purple "Add" button in the top right of Safari.
Upon clicking "Add" you'll be taken immediately to Dashboard and your new MBTA Delays widget will appear (along with your other existing widgets)!

Just activate Dashboard anytime you want to see the latest details on MBTA delays!

Oh, you don't know how to activate Dashboard?
In your Dock it's the icon that, in the pic above, is 3rd from the left. Just click it. Or...
We have our mouse programmed to activate Dashboard simply by pressing the middle button on the mouse. Go to System Preferences -> Mouse to set up Dashboard for mouse activation. You can always leave Dashboard simply by pressing the "Esc" key.

We hope you enjoy our MBTA Delays Dashboard Widget!
