It was a dark and stormy night; the rain fell in torrents - except at occasional intervals, when it was checked by a violent gust of wind which swept up the streets (for it is in Boston that our scene lies), rattling along the housetops, and fiercely agitating the scanty flame of the lamps that struggled against the darkness. - Adapted from the novel Paul Clifford
It was indeed a dark and stormy night as we made our way home on the T. And we were captivated by this hottie who was impeccably themed for the evening's weather. A black and green golf umbrella provided ample protection from the driving rain, and to match the darkness of the clouds he dressed in a charcoal suit with a black shirt, and finished it off with a cream patterned tie that gave a nod to the undulating waves of multi-colored clouds churning above.
