FT and FTH have been rolling their eyes in bemusement at GB ever since he received his Kalita Wave Coffee Maker on Friday. The elements of perfection he has been trying to achieve in all aspects of the pour-over method of brewing coffee defy comprehension (hence our traditional use of the word "bemusement" above, intending to convey a sense of confusion). Weighing beans, weighing water, striving to get that precise water temperature of 207F. And then there's the mastering of the perfect pour. Aim the pour at the target, then spiral outwards in concentric circles, then pause. Then repeat. GB consumed so much coffee yesterday it would supply the city of San Francisco for a year (we must confess it was astoundingly delicious).
So what better hottie to feature today than our dashing gentleman with a Peet's Coffee bag! We love the beige linen jacket with granite gray pants, and the almost violet shirt and Ray Bans sing summer in the city. He's the kind of man who can keep us awake on our commute.
