First Sunday of Advent - Text More, Live More

Thanksgiving is hands down one of our favorite holidays. We love its simplicity. The structure of the holiday requires no more than gathering, giving thanks, and breaking bread. And Thanksgiving can be a welcome respite from the hype and drama of Black Friday sales, pre-Black Friday Sales, and a weekend of feverish shopping.

And our hottie today is fresh from a community gathering of friends and family and and is embarking on his way home. And as we all have the luxury of being able to text while traveling about our city on the T he's taking a brief moment to connect with yet another friend or family member. And from his intentional look, and incredibly well attired manner, we assume he's using the text to make sure he  can arrange to be in person with yet more people close to him.

Now, our HOTT Crew are fond of cycling as you know, and we re-iterate that driving a vehicle while texting is a recipe for disaster. Hence the phrase "Text Less, Live More". But as we all travel about on the T we think it's quite in keeping with the season to use a few moments waiting for a train to "reach out and touch someone". And invite them to a gathering where everyone can give thanks and break bread together.
