Bikes on the T

We thought that since it's so bitterly cold this morning we'd crank up the heat with a picture of a gentleman we captured during the warmth of last summer. It was August, and we had just arrived at Logan from Atlanta where we were visiting family. When we boarded the T at Airport Station we were greeted by this cycling enthusiast who had just biked from Newburyport to Wonderland. And after surreptitiously taking his photograph we struck up a conversation with him.  We, too, are into cycling and we had to find out more about him!

Tanned and fit, he was in training for an event called Harbor to the Bay, a 125 mile one-day charity bike ride. The black Pearl Izumi cycling shorts accentuated his well-exercised thighs. A blue and white Louis Garneau cycling jersey showed off his trim torso. The heat increased as we saw his hairy chest through the half-zipped jersey. And by now you all should know that we adore moustaches! What glorious hair!

We were desperately hoping our train would become disabled so that we could spend more time getting to know this cycling hottie. But, alas, disabled trains only happen when you need to get somewhere. We are so intent on running into this gentleman again that all 4 of our Hotties on the T contributors are going to sign up for Harbor to the Bay 2012! And we invite our readers to join us, too! Perhaps we could start a "Hotties on their Bikes" blog :-)
